What is the return policy?
Once you receive your order inspect it carefully and let us know right away if anything is damaged or not right and we will make it right. After products are received in good condition we do not accept returns.
What are bareroot plants?
Bare-root plants are really a method of shipping that involves digging the plant up once dormant and wrapping it in damp media then shipping. This has the benefit of reducing shipping costs for you, decreasing risk of soil borne pathogens and insects spreading, and making a healthier plant in the end from not being root bound in a pot.
When will I get my order?
Shipping for Bare-root plants will happen once plants go dormant and weather conditions are favorable on your shipping route. Northern states will often ship first as they have shorter windows of ideal time. My goal is to deliver you a healthy plant that will thrive.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
